形態特徵

Annual or biennial herbs, slightly fleshy, glabrous.
stems erect, terete, 15–40 cm long, 8–15 mm wide, apex subacute, base rounded or shallowly cordate, sessile and semi clasping, margins entire to undulate- serrulate.
Racemes laxly many flowered, 5–15 cm long, on short axillary peduncle; pedicel spreading, 4–6 mm long; bracts broadly linear, shorter than or nearly as long as pedicel; calyx segments 4, narrowly oblong, 3–4 mm long, obtuse, slightly longer than to equallings the capsule; corolla rose or pale blue-purple, about 5 mm across.
Fruit an orbicular about 3 mm across; style persistent ca. 1.5 mm long; seeds ca. 0.3 mm long.
